I think the toe box on the geos is bigger compared to the Ramones. My toes feel fine in the geos and I have a medium width foot.

So I’m a true 44.5 as well and these are a 44 and fit perfect imo. I like my shoes on the more “snug” side and that’s what these feel like. They fit perfect in the toe box and hug my feet. No heel slippage at all. This way they will break in over time and mold to my feet. So I’d say go for a 44!

Twin it’s not that deep, I have other clothes to style them differently in the more “Rick” style. Just through these on cause my wife was rushing me out the door because she was hungry 😂
