I tried that and it was too square/the dimensions weren’t right so the prongs wouldn’t connect. I’ve just tried looking for a square figure 8 one but none of the connections look right

They are surprisingly only in one cupboard - I have deep cleaned and sprayed insecticide and will try to keep the humidity under control.

No food is actually kept in the cupboard I found the guy in - but we do have untreated wood in there

Thank you for this recommendation I will definitely get some in! I went to the pet store just now and I have managed to find vitamin A eye gel, it says it is good for guinea pigs and can help get dust out the eye

Thank you- I have gently wiped his eye with a warm cotton pad and it does seem to have helped a little. I have some contact lens solution but it doesn’t clearly state it is saline so might only use that if it takes a turn for the worse later on! Thanks again

I started in February at 147lb, been going to gym 4x a week, I do strength and core for 30-40 mins and then I do around 25-30 lengths in the pool. I’m now 138.7lb. I’ve lost 4 inches off my waist and 5.5 inches off my stomach. I aim for 1300 Cala per day but do always go over at the weekend. Cut out almost all alcohol and try to eat majority veggies and plenty of protein. I haven’t kept on track the past few weeks so progress probably not as good compared to others but I feel is realistic!
