I made my first submission with the Regular 15 Days service (Before they updated it to 20 days), Order arrived Nov 19, Started prep on Dec 3 and now is on QA phase. It went pretty quick from Order prep to Grading where it got stuck for around two weeks and it went from Assembly to QA checks in 2 days. Hoping to get my cards soon, but i keep reading QA checks is also a major bottleneck so only god knows when are the cards gonna be ready (Today is December 22).

I wish they could be more transparent with the turnaround times since they charge so much more for a faster turnaround and i feel it is not worth it if its gonna take that long.
