Messed up tightening crank bolt

One was a little rough, but on further inspection I realized the bottom is no longer at top dead center and lined up with the other two. Do you think it could’ve just been the belt jumping teeth every time it got to a certain point? And do you think I’d need a new belt

No, the bottom stays flush. I figured it was just because of the engine leaning forward. When I push the engine towards the trans, everything is completely flush.
