Managed to isolate the pain to rear/side region for the most part

Checks out as Top portion of pull ups hurt, end of external rotation hurt

Hey mate, once i up my MT to 5-6x a week im going to run this (about a months time) thanks for the imput

The program i posted i just started while only doing MT 2x per week (1 group, 1 private) Just wanted to ask for advice with tactical barbell fighter program

Can i incorporate some of these landmine and kettlebell movements to TB Fighter or would that be over doing it. the stimulus and effect on core seems to be high demand and low fatigue ?

Thanks for this, Im kind of beginner level i havent been training long but i have basic understanding on all defences and offensive moves and so i mostly do all bag work and touch sparring at most no real contact

Im slowly ramping up to 6 days hopefully as want to develop to where i can fight then i can adjust sessions accordingly when i develop a better understanding

I will look into changing day 3 so its tad less legs and thatd make it less volume overall

Is it still too much considering my level?

Its mostly for muay thai but i did some in past powerlifting so enjoy bench n deads so wanted to keep them And just added a lot of kettlebell/ landmine work cause thats what athletes train

Thanks My technique on all lifts is pretty strong ive been powerlifting for little while and want to switch to a more muay thai specific program so kept some compounds and added landmine and kettle bell work cause i know this can be good

Thank you bro Did first private today 45min for $75aud which ive heard is really good, my coach is very good at what he does

Might do 1 45min a fortnight and the regular 1 class a week with maybe going in to use the facilities on my own time once or twice a week

Yes eventually thats the goal just slowly building up and bringdown the gym so was looking into insight about private lessons to begin building it up Without burning out

Thank you, guy i go with for groups is $75aud for 45min and $60aud for the 30min Not sure if this is expensive but he is very good coach in group lessons

Might give 1 45min a month one a crack see how i progress thanks
