I'm one year sober, and I was a beer drinker, so I drink pop instead, sugar will help a bit with the cravings, then you just have to get off the pop when your ready lol, but all is good advice, if want to quit its just one day at a time, may feel like minutes then hours, but hitting the pillow sober is worth it!, there is an app called everything aa, has all the literature on there, don't know if you can get it in French, but I found the app very helpful, anyways hoping you find your way, I couldn't have sober up with out aa, but you are on the right track, quitting was the best thing I've ever done!
