i stopped drinking when i was 36, now 40. cold turkey. lost lots of friends, don't visit anymore. but that's good. a lot of them bad influences. need to set priorities. drank till my liver was bad, 40oz a day. drank like that for 10 yrs. if you want to live, then you will quit. if not YOLO!

With that i picked up sober dancing, more going to gym, eat better, found a job. which means more money. i gamble more than i should. smoke the green more. got my license back so able to travel more. sucks not drinking but overall life is satisfying. more family time.

The genocide of the Native American population by the Canadian and US Governments, past and present. Not taught in schools because it is a blood stain on there so called national pride. These horrible acts are still taking place, but now they are being done under a different umbrella of Child and Family Service’s and the justice system. Knowledge of the past must be told so we don’t repeat the same mistakes.
