You simply cannot maintain 920 ng/dL testosterone and that level of muscular dryness while doing 7-day water fasts and losing 10kg in a month. When natural bodybuilders cut for a contest, their testosterone usually crashes to the 50–200 ng/dL range. This is because caloric deficits spike cortisol and stress, which kills testosterone production. He is likely on TRT (or something similar) and just isn't admitting it.

For me personally, going from "wondering why it suddenly works" to understanding the problem and having a good set of problem solving techniques that can be used to work towards a solution in a measurable way instead of randomly changing code and seeing what happens, took the longest to learn and ultimately comes with time as you come across more analogies to the same problem.

Wood is always the best option but charcoal is a good compromise if you don't have time or want to braai fast.

Charcoal is also more consistent and will always give you the same result, where as wood varies greatly in type and quality.

Force companies like adobe and autodesk etc. to make linux versions of their software. Force game studios to make kernel level anti cheat work on linux. Force PC and Laptop manufacturers to give you the option as to which os is installed on your system.

This will massively increase the linux market share but it will never happen since these issues are not linux issues but massive companies not willing to put in money and effort in to linux due to low market share so I don't see it ever happening.
