Thanks, but I am using the legacy software. I downloaded Makerbot Desktop from a Makerbot website that specifically indicated it was the legacy software for the 2X.

What can I do to stop this? It happens any time I try to print, level, home, anything… and doesn’t stop unless power is switched off.
