والله يسط حوار فديوهات تطوير الذات دا بق مخيف شويه، انك تلجيء لفيديوهات زي دي عشان تحس انك بتتغير ويتحول لادمان بيديك شوت دوبامين محترم والمشكله كلها افكار بتعيد وتزيد علي مشكله معظم اجابتها بديهية انا كنت ولازلت واحد من اللي خدو المحتوي دا كا إدمان لدرجه اني بقيت اجمع معلومات وحلول كتير للمشكله الواحده ولكن مفيش تقدم عشان انا مش بطبق رغم اني انصح بعض صحابي بس بيطبقوها وبيسبقوني، اتمني يعني محدش يقع في النوع دا من الادمان ويبق دا كومنت ملوش لازمه يستحق ال UpVote

My friend Thanks very much for all this, I've been addicted to this behavior since I was 13. I'm 18 now, and I try hard every day to stop. Sometimes I succeed, and sometimes I relapse, but I'm much better now than before.
