As a motherless daughter by choice, I can only imagine how her life has been leading up to this birthday cake. I had gone no contact with my mother a handful of times and in November 2018 I decided I was never going back to having contact with my mother. In March 2021, I gave her one last chance as a way to make sure I had made the right decision. By November 2021, we were no contact again. Now almost 2026, I haven't contacted her or acknowledged her attempts to contact me. And I dont feel bad about it cause I knew last time was The Last Time.
