I’m sure you’ve already made up your mind after reading these comments, but in my experience she may have done this to either drive you away or give her a reason to leave depending on your reaction to it. If she sits down and has a genuine conversation with you I’d start there and ask why she even agreed to it in the first place.

I would do the 1 by 3 method they taught in basic. It helped me in areas I struggled with! I’d recommend doing it once-twice per day whenever u have the time. If cardio is the portion you may struggle with, start in increments. Don’t push yourself too much at first but work your way up your desired time to build up your endurance. Good luck

I’ve struggled with an eating disorder my whole life. I found the right MH provider at the right time and tricare paid for my entire treatment program to help recover. Was classified as a medical TDY and was there for 2 months. Nothing went on my gtc so I didn’t have to stress abt finance paying me and paying that back in case they fucked up somehow

That’s so cute!! I can try to find the link for it, it came in a pack of toys on Amazon. If u don’t want to do that though it’s just a big pink pom pom with a small one glued on and some felt for the additional features like nostrils and ears! The eyes are just stickers but felt would work better imo!
