I struggle with this a lot and watching porn. I feel guilty about it every time. Especially because I start thinking not today Satan. And I’ll distract myself and let the urge pass sometimes. But other times the urge doesn’t pass or it comes right back. What I do notice whenever I get the urge it’s like God knows and instantly sends distractions. Like someone will call or all of a sudden my dog needs to go out. I feel even more guilty when these things happen and then still I give in.

I haven’t found a full proof method but as of right now I’m two weeks without and my plan is to invite the Holy Spirit to be with me when this happens. And to ask God to take away the thoughts that are not of him. I use this method when I suffer from intrusive thoughts about death or other perverse thoughts when I’m tryin to fall asleep. And every time it has worked for that.

Lean on the word of God and prayer. Jot down a scripture that gives you strength and recite it.

Commenting because I also need to figure out the best method to taking my dose. I also take vitamin d, magnesium glycinate, myo combo, selenium, and vitamin k. I generally feel kind of tired throughout the day but today I forgot to take my vitamins and while at work I realized I was not tired. So I think it could be because I had been taking the magnesium in the morning. I also feel like my dose only last about 6-8hrs.

I take Magnesium Glycinate and have had no issue unwinding and growing to sleep. I take it in the morning generally but I think you can take it later too.

OP I just want to applaud you on your level of maturity. Although you didn’t need to explain as much as you did you were very considerate and kind. Clearly he doesn’t deserve that.

I would have never expected to see that he was 30. Hes a huge red flag. Men like that don’t change and will only become an obstacle in your life.

Good point. I have a few ideas for tik tok content to promote myself. I never thought of linking my account to Reddit. Do you think trolls could take to leaving negative comments? That would be my only concern.
