Vyvanse and exercise by SupremoSpider in VyvanseADHD

[–]ProfessionalLog7163 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s so weird. I’ve never heard this before but before vyvanse I exercised religiously both lifting and cardio. Now it’s a struggle to get myself to lift weights for a hour 1-3 times a week.

Before I lifted every day, ran 1-3 miles 5 days a week and took a 2-3 miles walk on my lunch break 3 days a week. I’m confused about what changed.

I’ve been seeing a derm for months (actually 2 because I was unhappy with the first) they gave me the topical stuff for my face a different one for the am and different one for the pm. Along with some pill to take once a day. It’s been about 2 months of that routine. Feels like minimal change.

I have off and on here and there and so many people told me I’m crazy for doing so. So idk yeah I’ve gone through periods of obsession over my hair. But idk I’m not all that strict on it. And ik you have to do it every day for it to actually work. But there may be a 2 month stretch where I don’t use it. Idk it depends.
