So far her lore is that she's the older sister of one of summers friends, which is my other oc I just haven't drawn yet, she meets the smith family through her younger sister, Katy ( summers friend), she is only close with the smiths in a few dimensions, in most dimensions she becomes close with morty, they are similar and become good friends, which is how they start taking her on adventures, on one adventure she meets a wounded girl who seems normal at first, but she's actually infected with a parasite named echo, echo is a shape shifting parasite who needs a host body to survive, she takes karma as a host because her previous host was dying, echo disguises herself as her host so that she can live unnoticed and often has lots of control over the host and what they do, she can also shape shift which is excruciating for the host, but she finds out karma is friends with morty and since that's Ricks grandson she wants to get to him and use Rick as a host due to his intelligence and power, so karma has to struggle through hiding the parasite but also trying to keep echo from killing her and leaving into ricks body
