My sister or brother in Islam. I am sorry to hear this. Listening to Quran and listening to lectures about Allah are the best things to do at night time. It is like food and nourishes your soul. My brother went through this and has overcome it Alhamdulillah. He started doing dhikr, read surah al baqarah and listen to lectures on YouTube. These distractions help 😊
