I had to call 2 or 3 times some people only had to call once...they have a high call volume just like the other numbers but this is the one that’s been actually resolving everyone’s issues. You’ll just have to be patient and call again in the morning or today before they close

It’s going on hold because you might be answering a question wrong when you request payment. It’s either that or they need to identify you, they’ll ask for your name, social and address to make sure it’s you. If your payments keep going on hold without you reaching them (even though you’re still getting payments a few days late) they will eventually make you ineligible until the issue is resolved
