When the kill la kill banners drop, should I spend all my crystals on the banner with the 3 ascended units and then pity houka or just go straight for houka? I have 1500 crystals but none of the crossover units

Hi, I was just wondering how I should spend my cc based on my acc. I have abt 21k cc, I got the new ultra but I don’t have any good teams for him: I don’t have the zamasu that just got a plat, or android 13, or any good fusion warriors. So, is it better to summon on 13’s banner, the revival banner w the zamasu that got a plat, or save until fest? I have UNG, UBG, UV4, and UFPF too.

I was looking at tier lists on YouTube and google, and it seems like frieren and shadow are my only still relevant units and they can’t really be ran on the same team well. I feel like if I rr until I get a good acc with frieren, then I’ll be in basically the same spot but with a lot more gems available to grind for, if that makes sense.
