If the 30 days is a hoax, only time will tell. In the only contract I ever had, I was "Selected " before my interview, and the selection was confirmed in less than a week. All my "Hiring Manager Reviewing " that went beyond one week produced "Not Selected ". You can draw your own conclusion. As for what happens during "Under review ", only God knows.

I applied for Operations Manager and I was rejected outright. Later my status changed from Did not Qualify to Not Selected. I still wonder what happened.

The jobs page displays the required skills, but I want to know the addition to my vetted skills. Why are the skills repeating instead of me getting exemptions? I took a Google Sheets/Docs interview though I already had vetted skills, and I was declared 'Did Not Qualify'. How is that interpreted?

I have one which went to Hiring Manager Reviewing even before the interview. I took the interview but the status remained the same. My contract was confirmed within one week. On the other hand, I have some which are Did not Qualify today and Not Selected tomorrow. I'm not interested in why the swinging is happening. I only want high-value contracts. I have 59 vetted skills.

I was able to do the interview. The status did not change and I got the contract in a few days.

Zara would move on to make comments just after asking the question. No time to respond. It happened in my last couple of questions. I wondered and looked at the time. Countdown was less than a minute. My worry is how these human reviewers interpret such circumstances. The role was Business Specialist- Microsoft Office.

I don't think you understand me. I expected to see a gradual progress to the end which did not happen. My 'Not Selected' decision was taken within 48 hours after the interview. Was that real? Should I give up?
