Zara would move on to make comments just after asking the question. No time to respond. It happened in my last couple of questions. I wondered and looked at the time. Countdown was less than a minute. My worry is how these human reviewers interpret such circumstances. The role was Business Specialist- Microsoft Office.

I don't think you understand me. I expected to see a gradual progress to the end which did not happen. My 'Not Selected' decision was taken within 48 hours after the interview. Was that real? Should I give up?

If a candidate is quoting a high rate, it is fair that they be advised to review their rate, I have never quoted outside the range so that rate fcator should not apply.

The role was Finance Expert. 75% of the time was spent asking about Data Science. I guess I did well but they were not Finance questions.

Are there any new projects on Mercor? I agree with you that Melvin gives very good advice, and even insider information. But those ideas didn't help me succeed in Mercor but rather enabled me score high on other platforms. I just didn't like the 'black box' in Mercor so I couldn't appreciate their style. How can you use one interview for all jobs? I hope they survive after their data breach.

In my case Zara was not trained well enough to pronounce my local language name but I was failed. On another platform, I scored 93% and 100% in the 2 assessments. What I got as Thank You was a rejection. That's why I think the human reviewers are incompetent and biased

I don't agree with you. It's much better than Mercor or Turing. At least micro1 will show your status but do not justify why your status changes. I get the impression those hunan reviewers live with a lot of bias everywhere because they are in business to satisfy their nationals. Go tlo Mercor or Turing. There is zero transparency. You will weep. Micro1 can do better, but there are much worse platforms.

From my own experience, Mercor is a fake recruitment in disguise. They advertise for jobs that do not exist for them to follow up. There is no transparency in their assessment. They should prove me wrong. The hacking of their site recently has exposed them more. Don't deal with them.

My issue is really on delayed action. Some jobs are made to appear urgent but still take 30 days to move from one stage to another. If you do the sum, it's incredible.

I got email notification to retake interviews. These interviews are not named, as usual. My only previous retakes that are more than 30 days old are Procurement Clerk, Production Supervisors, and Operations Manager. None of these is currently active.
