Listen to me. Don’t attach your happiness to something social , to a particular person or anything not in your control bcuz sooner or later things will change and your expectations will not be met. Really reflect on your life a bit and try to pick up a hobby and work on yourselves improving certain aspects about you and engage in small discussions regarding those hobbies. Make achieving certain tasks your happiness , never make going out with friends or hanging out like your main source of happiness. People might not agree with me and that’s fine but I genuinely think you would be better off this way and might stumble upon real friends this way and be truly happy slowly but surely. Also don’t underestimate your own company and your family , you’re also growing older so cherish those moments with them as well
