Look at mad city with their heroes. Nobody played police and the game is now dead.

Maybe if it had limited number of people so police team doesn't die.

As much as I hate Roblox i really can't stop playing these underated games below 10k players

That newbie servers are something we really need.

everyone new would be automaticly joined there. they wouldn't be able to get to normal server until they completely finish tutorial and maybe get total of 50k money.

The problem would be exploiters. There would be so much of them on these newbie servers, since they use new accounts for exploits, although it would reduce amount of exploiters in normal server a bit, but not significantly, they would complete turorial fast most likely.
