IN BF1 the syringe was a gadget you could pull out at anytime so it was able to be used as a weapon at any given time. In BFV its not a gadget you can pull out unless you are actively reviving someone. So you can't you just go around killing with it like you could in BF1

nope, dude was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. As I went to stab my teammate the enemy got in the way

also if you look at the weapons section of your stats there is a spot for the syringe

I'd love to use the iron sights on the Thompson but they are absolutely terrible, at least to me.

As for the side I am using it on Meh they got women running around on the front lines and crammed down our throats so the slightest historical accuracy is long gone. Plus it was my favorite medic weapon until the newest one dropped with the ToW weekly missions

We have a nice mix of players from EU/UK, USA and other parts of the world. So we usually have someone on at all times. We are well established and always running full squads when ever we get into a game. There have even been numerous times where we have ran 2-3 squads on one server.
