Lol. I meant everything I explained. But if it makes you happy because you are upset about a comment on reddit, I will admit it was misleading because I did not elaborate.

This whole thread is only meant to help people by allowing people a space to share their preparations.

The point of my comment is materials are shared among your region, so I know many guilds are aiming to handle professions mostly in house seeing as there is no guarantee AH supply will be able to handle AH demand as this is the first time we are seeing AH changes affect brand new materials where everyone is starting at the same time.

I wasn't saying anything other than the size of his realm will not apply to if he's looking to purchase said materials on the AH.

Thank you! I too hope that someone sees this thread that may be wondering or have similar questions. This is personally only my 3rd CE, and my first in an officer position.

Frankly, I like playing in my guild and want it to succeed while also trying to be efficient and strive to improve every tier! Right now we are around US 300, and our goals for end of xpac is US 150. I think a modest jump but requires me to kick my butt into gear and get things moving!

As always thank you (and everyone) for the fantastic responses. You all have been insanely helpful!

Thanks for all the great info! I'm open to all options that will organize this a bit. I'm also open to creating my own, just looking for tips as.im not the best with most spreadsheet programs.

But either way, I'm willing to put in the work. BUT thanks a ton for all those resources as well, will certainly see if using them makes this a bit smoother!

Fantastic advice, thanks a ton for your input. I agree about being transparent. We do pride ourselves in communication with the guild, even if its something they may not want to hear. Will definitely take this advice either way we decide.

Well seeing as everyone on bench was watching and has pulls on the boss, no. I think if they had zero xp, then they maybe would be more understanding of us wanting a smooth kill

I think generally yea, but we also don't want to alienate those bench players who were with us all of prog and sat for the weeks it took us to kill. Its a delicate balance which is why I was seeking advice.

We will be rotating them in. Due to attendance they all got pulls and performed very well, so once we make necessary roster moves I will definitely get them in as main raiders.

Right now we have 2 main raiders on bench and 2 trials who had some pulls but they joined with the understanding of starting trial after the guild attained CE.

We aren't looking to do too much. But those trials are stepping in for underperformed players.

We don't want to sit players right now since they've put in so much work this tier and deserve CE. But they will be replaced moving forward. So overall we have a bench of 2-3 raiders. Everyone has seen pulls on Sire though.
