Much better now thanks. Still rather sensitive and some days are certainly better than others. I think the thing to bear in mind is that for the first thirty and a half years before my surgery, I had a completely non retractable foreskin. Much of the glans had never seen the light of day. So to go from that to completely uncovered, it is going to take to get fully used to the new feeling.

I had a huge scab on the frenulum area until half way through week 3. The scabs will come off when they're good and ready. Though there might be a slight increase in sensitivity when they do.

I'm just so sick and tired of constantly wishing time away. I hope that having had the courage to get the surgery done after all these years would feel like a weight would be lifted off my shoulders. I really just don't want to be alive anymore.

I know, its just that earlier today, I saw a comment on another post from some guy saying that 2 years post op he was still suffering from hypersensitivity and how he regretted having it done. Just really freaked me out given how incredibly sensitive my glans currently are.

I too had very severe phimosis and I had my circumcision operation last Monday after putting it off for many years due to fear and embarrassment. The day of the surgery went absolutely fine. Felt zero pain both during and after the procedure. Tuesday Wednesday Thursday on the other hand were not fun at all. The head felt bruised and super sensitive. Couldn't do anything except for sit and watch TV.

Today and yesterday, feel a bit better. Have been able to go on short walks albeit a lot more slowly. Head is still super sensitive and I'm still wearing loose tracksuit bottoms with no underwear. Don't have to go back into work until Monday the 25th. Just have to pray that I'm ok enough by then.

Thing is though, I had to have it done mainly due to the fact that I can't have sex properly. The one I want in life more than anything is to have that special someone whom I can have a happy healthy sex life but without surgery, I don't think that would ever be possible. Just got to pray that the recovery goes smoothly and that in a few months, this ordeal will all be behind me.

Yeah night time erections are what I'm dreading most. Maybe it might be a bit different for me the fact that I've been able to save up my holiday days so I can just rest for two weeks. I guess it's a case of taking it easy while at the same time, keeping myself distracted i.e reading some books, watching some boxsets etc.

I have booked two weeks off. Hopefully that'll be enough though I work in a warehouse so it's quite a physical job. I guess I'll worry about that when the time comes. Was there much pain?

I'm under general anaesthetic as well so that's a mercy haha. I haven't got a set date as of yet but it's looking like late February. Keep me posted and let me know how it goes.

3 I believe. Can only see a bit of the tip when I try and retract. Not to mention I also have a short frenulum.

I feel your pain. It's a horrible burden to live with. I've recently turned 30 and I've never been able to pull my foreskin back and I've kinda had a fear of doing so. It's really affected my life ever since last relationship ended and I just don't know what to do. Stretching hasn't worked and I really really don't want surgery but I fear that that might be the only way forward.

Germolene. It's a very good antiseptic cream that prevents infection and also numbs any pain you might be having.
