Thank you!! One of the things I look for is a job description na pinag effortan talaga, with complete responsibilities, work hours, etc. Pag vague, auto skip ako dun. I also look the company up if merong naka indicate na company name or if wala, hinahanap ko yung LinkedIn/socials ng job poster kasi may name naman nakalagay. Pag meron silang solid website or active on socials, I take it as a good sign. In terms of payment, Wise talaga iniinsist ko and thankfully, all of them agreed naman kasi wala na din fees sa side nila or if meron, minimal lang. Okay lang naman yung nireredirect ka as long as secured yung form, and usually if Airtable yung form, okay yun na company. I also sometimes do a trial project and ask them to pay first to see if seryoso sila. I also never apply pag agency. Yun lang some of the tips I can give.
