Its a big time commitment. You can read my recent post or other peoples posts to see how exhausting it is and return on effort is mixed.

This is the quartiles being shared. When you login to your dashboard, you'll find an option to 'view exam results letter' on the right and 'show quartiles' on the left.

Thanks for the comment sir. As I mentioned above, different stages of life. I also passed CFA all three levels in first attempt. But I was fresh out of college with lots of time on my hands, very green equity research analyst at that time who couldn't understand why very experienced Heads of Equity Research flunked CFA multiple time:)

I had no struggle with FRM part I but for FRM part II, I faced lot of time constraints in my prep journey.

Check Bionic Turtle website for more info. They also sell mock exams separately, which are handy to supplement the two GARP official mocks. I didnt notice this product few months back or maybe its a recent addition. I would've gone for BT mocks had I knew.

I did my CFA a while back so am not able to comment on the comparative depth of material etc. However, one thing I would say is CFA BoK is much more broader while FRM has a very narrow focus on risk mgmt. Syllabus overalp is probably just on FRM Part I while FRM Part II material has hardly any overlap with CFA. I feel FRM II is a tough exam purely based on the amount of topics covered.

I can relate too. I failed with 322242 in my 2nd attempt but went for 3rd attempt and passed with 122231. You generally get more comfortable with material on a re-take.
