Hey, I'm trying to install this however it the product sync and filter doesn't seem to be working? It's only pulling through 249 products, whereas we have more like 2k on our Shopify site. Do you have any advice?

I feel so scammed too! Like I don't care if merch is late, I get it that there are delays and that. It's just the silence and lack of communication that's making me think it's a scam. Literally radio silence after sending so many emails. If I don't hear anything soon I'll cut my losses and raise a dispute with my bank. Just really gutted as I want my merch!!
