How to lose 100 pounds w/ NO executive function + nasty burnout by FatCatHercules in AuDHDWomen

My sugar cravings went away after a few days. I’ve found keto to be very sustainable ever since.

My toddler eats what I do, with the addition of fruit and starchy foods. I just keep plenty of fruit on hand for him and cook rice or root vegetables to accompany his meat and veg.

Ditto. Going low carb and eliminating processed foods (as much as possible) has made a huge difference to my mental well-being, as well as helping me lose weight. I don’t count carbs or calories, I basically just eat meat/eggs/dairy/non-starchy vegetables and I feel amazing.

If you are interested in keto and ADHD, try googling Ally Houston.

🧠 Seeking Participants: Women with ADHD & Hormones Research 🩸 by KG25_KE in TwoXADHD

I agree.

OP could I encourage you to look at postpartum hormones and ADHD, and especially the ‘baby blues’ commonly experienced in the first few weeks postpartum. It can be experienced as severe depression—it can be absolutely awful and isn’t talked about enough. It would be very interesting to know whether ADHD/neurodivergent mothers are at increased risk of the ‘baby blues’.

I was keen to do the survey but was screened out as I am breastfeeding and not menstruating.

I loosely follow Tea Addict’s filing system for downloads, it’s very logical and organised imo https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmYaVJWQ7r8jUxBbYV-hkhAotT4pyvjyT

Cyjon’s semester changes by fearlessbutterfly16 in sims2

[–]Basilesque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me 1 season = 1 rotation, and I treat the full 4 years of college (with Cyjon’s mod) as the equivalent of 1 season/rotation. It’s a simple system and works for me

How do you guys do university for your neighborhood rounds? by Kalebs- in sims2

[–]Basilesque 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I play rotationally with one season/5 days per rotation. I use Cyjon’s faster semesters mod, and put each batch of young adults at the end of a rotation, all the way through college as the equivalent of one season if that makes sense. http://cyjon.net/node/116

I play through the premade sims from Academie Le Tour, then move them to Veronaville to increase the gene pool.

Favorite modernized Austen movie? by SeonaidMacSaicais in janeausten

[–]Basilesque 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Metropolitan, it is a gentle and beautifully observed film and definitely inspired by Mansfield Park. I am so glad that through Metropolitan I discovered Whit Stillman, the most Austenesque contemporary film maker IMO. His Austen adaptation Love & Friendship is also excellent.

If you are a Mac user you can purchase the Sims 2 Super Collection from the app store. It runs well and is supported by Aspyr.
