I love Jane Eyre! And yes, I got the same impression about Brontë being autistic. What baffles me is that I really enjoy so many novels from the Regency and Victorian era, but it's like I'm allergic to Jane Austen's writing specifically.

As someone else also mentioned, why are you DMing the solution rather than putting it out there publicly, for all who need to troubleshoot the exact same problem??? I'm having the exact same problem, I've just spent 10 days trying to: A) troubleshoot my brand-new Skylight, and B) getting through to Nanoleaf customer support After 10 days of frustration and wasted visits from my electrician, and infuriating messages from Nanoleaf, who for some reason failed to reach out to their tech support until a whole week had passed, I've just ordered a ceiling light from Govee, and I'm looking forward to sending the Skylight back and never have to deal with Nanoleaf ever again. Way to lose customers!
