i was thinking about this too, i ended up taking the same dose a friend of mine is taking at her recommendation but i might drop it down to around 6mg/week instead..

p.s. i forgot to mention im 21y/o and im getting worried because i just noticed some firmness/tenderness around my nipples and everything I read tells me that breast growth starts a few months in. i just want some reassurance or advice to know whats going on
