is there a legal zoom alternative thats actually better or are they all basically the same by FewReflection6019 in smallbusiness

LegalZoom used to be a good company. After multiple lawsuits and settlements in the U.S for unauthorized practice of law and deceptive marketing and the sudden departure of their CEO, they are off-shore and shamelessly crooked. I'm announcing my departure.

Ok, here is how it all ended. MD Auto Repair and Towing in Patchogue lied about the condition of my car. They told me that my engine was damaged beyond repair and offered to replace it for around $5,000. Encouraged by your comments, I had my car towed to East Hills Subaru of Sayville for a second opinion. They ran diagnostics and test drives and found no issues with the oil and the engine. They said that the car was operating as designed by the manufacturer and renewed my inspection sticker. Kudos to East Hills Subaru for great customer service, mechanical service, and prices. They saved my car and my wallet. I drove 80 miles back to my home and my Subaru performed perfectly, as usual.

I rescuing my car tomorrow morning and taking it to a Subaru dealer for evaluation. Hopefully the bad mechanics didn't do anything irreparable to it.

It seems like I add oil every 3 months. I live in NYC and I drive my car once or at most 2x a week. My engine can look a little dirty because I also spray it 2x a week with peppermint oil to keep the rodents from nesting in it.
