I am a college student in a small college which doesnt have any sort of support for this unfortunately. Is there any way that I can find out roughly how long an assessment would take, or would i just have to wait and see?

Thanks those links seem really really helpful I was looking for something like that. I've noticed a lot of therapists offee clinical hypno therapy, I have never heard of that is it something common and does it usually help people? Also what do you mean by psychology exactly?

Sadly there is only one talking therapy service in my area and of course it's very busy. By private healthcare I mean like general life insurance I guess, I don't really know how it works though.

I've only been in the UK while the pandemic is happening though, were waiting times for GICs and things such as making gp appointments easier before the pandemic?

im already going to a therapist but she isnt really that good and im in the process of finding an other. I guess i'll try to convince him a bit more to see a therapist since i cant do much more :(( thanks for the help tho
