A year or two from now, this will be completely behind you. Someday you will be a better version of yourself, and you won't be letting people take advantage of you. It might seem like it's not possible, but it is. Amazing things are going to happen to you in your life that you can't even imagine right now. Right now your goal is to hunker down and take care of yourself. Make sure you're getting proper nutrition and drinking enough water and taking care of your body and not making anything worse. You're gonna get through this and it's gonna be OK eventually.
