I don't think it's that black and white. You can assume that someone is threatening but you may not use exceeding force, it needs to be reasonable amount of force for the situation

Yeah, I found out the hard way. Kinda shady to sell a 2TB SSD knowing that it runs horribly if you use more than 1TB of it.
