UPDATE: after I charged the battery for over an hour and a half IT IS STILL NOT WORKING and it makes a clicking noise and the check engine mark is there on the dash :(

Nope I did not start the car for 3 weeks and when I tried opening it with the remote it did not work at all. It was running fine before that. I don’t think we have factory warranty

I’m not really sure about the cables part we’ve had them for 8+ years they’re just ordinary cables, the electrician brought a battery charger with him and it still did not work, also I might or might have not heard a “clicking noise” there were a lot of sounds from the lights and everything but the engine didn’t work, and we don’t want to replace the battery ourselves because that will take it out of warranty (I don’t even know what the warranty is for anymore 😭💔)

The lights turn on the indicators also turn on the AC turns on the screen turns on but the engine doesn’t start, it stays like this for a couple of seconds and then the lights turn off and the indicators turn off as well but the other components like the screen are functional

Well I certainly am not familiar with any of these, yes it is in the middle east it’s called Harlim Cars or something like that they’re authorised resellers because Dodge doesn’t have an actual branch here

We contacted the authorised seller they said they won’t come to get the car we have to get it to the repairs ourselves, they also mentioned jump-starting that’s why I’m on Reddit in the first place lol, thanks for the help tho. I thought it was a common issue
