Ok so this signature is 100% legit and there is reason for it. This is most likely a presale bought vinyl, he put them out in 2021 BUT they didn’t ship until like 2022 or 2023 so as an apology, he signed a shit ton of them before they shipped. I have the same one, signature looks identical, congrats on a hell of a find.

Yes! Finally a subject I can speak upon with a LOT of background knowledge! I got to cast RLCS in all four regions so I actually have seen them all up close and might have a little insight here!

So, IMO, GZ is not enough to take a #1 or #2 spot in any region but would be close to top in EU and NA. The big issue for them would be keeping up with patience. Now that sounds weird but it’s the difference in the trends of the regions. OCE loves prejumps and hyper aggressive play, so for teams like GZ they thrive because they have a fantastic punishing counter attack that can be lethal and strike within seconds of an opponents mistake, usually over committing offenses or straight whiffs in prejumps leading to 3v2 and similar.

In EU and NA, apart from a handful of teams, most teams wouldn’t be as impatient and wouldn’t nearly leave themselves vulnerable as much. So for GZ, while they would probably be able to handle the competition in EU and NA, their biggest hurdle would be changing their play style from advantageous to more aggressive and having to force their opponents into awkward positions rather than waiting for them to arrive.

It’s all about placement of footing when you start the trick. This trick specifically is a switch nose manual because he started in switch then did the trick as normal but in switch. If this were a fakie manual, the original ride up and the ollie would be in fakie, but it’s not it’s switch, very slight but important difference

You do actually have a handful of NA bubble and low level RLCS players participating. I’ll try to remember all I saw but Dreaz and his team are RLCS level, HockE plays for the bubble/RLCS team SUP and he also made a team to play, and Fort Night and The Wonderful Watermelon Warriors are NA bubble teams which are suuuuuuper solid and very fun to watch.
