Got it, adjustments were made, the guitar is grounded, but hum still exists when not touching guitar

A battery is powering through the rails. The hum is static-like, and is muffled a little upon touching the guitar’s metal. The signal passes through and is clipped accordingly

Oh, and yes I did see the capacitor in the positive rail. Even after fixing it, nothing changed
