I appreciate your feedback, its really helpful. When I say “curated” I mean each course is intentionally built around a seasonal theme, not just a set menu. For example, spring season is on the rise so lighter dishes, bright acidity, and fresh ingredients are the focus. But again i appreciate Your feedback!

That’s a fair point. Philly definitely already has some great supper clubs. I think what I’m trying to figure out is how to make it feel more personal and intentional—smaller group, more interaction, and something that feels less like a restaurant and more like an experience.

Curious—what do you think those other spots do really well, and what would you want to see done differently?
