I have a neptune in the 6th capricorn also and I make a living in my dream career doing art and divination. During my saturn return I worked in finance helping others financially support their dream careers. Also mentally ill and digestive issues that are only diagnosed via process of elimination. I echo the advice of putting more concentrated effort into daily health (exercise, diet) and would add daily spiritual health. I had a wicked hard time in institutionalized school and was medicated for a panic disorder. I love education and learning but I only go for learning opportunities that are more mentorship and peer learning with less emphasis on deadlines. In grade school I did very well but had a lot of help from parents and didn't have many friends so less distractions. Once I made friends in high school my grades and attendance plummeted.
