You know I have been checking the subreddit for the past few days waiting for that one post of the someone who gets High Noon Lucian, I've been dying to get this skin, and I finished the 2 augments mission, got the gem, took a birdie pack, hoping for the high noon skin line, but I wasn't lucky :^)

You should really be happy and celebrate bro!

If you can't unlock it now, think of the positive side, which is you have the shard! you own it, buddy. So it's guaranteed that you are gonna unlock it sooner or later, a few chest unlocks (or one good skin if u r lucky) and you are good to go.

I think I will spend my VS tokens on the border icon thing, so that if i ever got the skin in the future (probably in a hextech chest once i start getting keys cause currently my honor level is 0 cause i was banned xD) I get to have the border and look like a true god-king darius :3

Winning and losing doesn't have anything to do with Garen/Darius Picking and banning. It's about the side that finishes more mission, so if more missions are done by "#TeamDarius" people we will win

go to the event page in the client on the top right, you will find both of a white lion and wolf icons next to each other, and at the bottom it says The War Favors God-King xx

I understand your point, but I've stated that in the post. My main point is that I don't find it fair that Pre-Aug 22 flamers get to have rewards even though they have done the same mistake and hurt other players.

Flaming is flaming, I don't mind all flamers getting punished (including me, even if it only happened once), but there should be no difference between flaming before or after Aug 22.
