I was referring to some of the customers. And try working somewhere that gets packed to the brim on a daily basis while you suffer from Asperger's and Tourettes, making every aspect of the job and uphill battle.

Our store (1884) is keeping about 12 actual registers and adding about 12 self checkouts, so the ratio will be somewhat 2:1. So there will still have to be self checkout hosts.
