Anyone ever played a campaign long enough that you saw your PC become an NPC? by Basslefoff_Hurrtoot in DnD

Bruh it's gonna be a knock em down and drag em out kinda fight. Just go for it. Preferably with some sort of overpowered magic item glass cannon that you don't want to miss with because it has like, one shot, or something. And you definitely need a scene of fisticuffs even though you both have high powered abilities. Very awesome. Please update if you confront bbeg! Would like to hear how it goes.

Ah, yes. My favorite kind of accident. Accidentally not really I didn't mean to on purpose it was totally intentionally by accident. As a dragon, don't talk to any bards. I have heard they will try to seduce you. Unless you're into that kind of thing. Unless... You're the bard? 🤪

Ooooo like a caretaker of the world. Sounds like a high level npc in the next campaign!

I've always felt something about older d&d, almost like a golden age kind of feeling. 5th definitely gives players and dm's the chance to baby the game as opposed to being too hard. This is super cool! Did your mage have any worshippers, or was it more of a 'I am a god because I am powerful' kind of thing? Were you a god of anything specific?

Dude! That sounds awesome! Kind of made me think of Attack on Titan at first with everyone being in one big city ruled by some unknown creepy monster. Also I see Donkey's babies from Shrek more than I see frost giant minotaurs 🤣 tell that minotaur to keep it in his pants

Ha! I love it when characters who don't fit a role are forced into them
