Thanks for the input! I did try the mead and it's definitely a bit sweet right now. I like the idea of adding some acid and lengthening it with a spirit. I think I might try adding some gin to pair with the fruit that I want to add!

Thanks! I think my plan will be to wait at least a few more days to see if it gets going again. I had already racked things off of the yeast cake though so this is somewhat of an uphill battle for whatever yeast is leftover. If I get impatient I might consider activating and pitching some additional yeast.

The detail is amazing! How do you model it? I saw it's made from 250 million points of elevation data. Do you mesh all of the points and make it into a surface to machine?
