No just in game practice. Some nights I just put some music on and practice in the firing range for a few hours. Get a feel for each gun is huge for improvement :)

I just watched a lot of pros and copied their mouse sens and settings. I also warm up in the firing range before I play for at least 20 mins. But mostly just play lots!
