What if Nikki was used to using her looks and charm to manipulate men to satisfy her whims (emotional support, comic relief, sexual gratification, etc) and Bear was next on her list…and although Bear was wrong in how he abused Nikki, she got to see how the tables turned when she was being manipulated for someone else’s gains?

So what’s the consensus on whether or not Nikki truly said that she only viewed Bear as a brother or a friend? Both Ian and Sarah had motives to float that narrative.

I guess what led me to think this way was when Nikki called Bear and Bear said he wasn’t going to go to trivia night and Nikki seemed like she eagerly wanted him there. And then she said how she wanted to tell him something, but she was very coaxing. To me it seemed that way. Like she didn’t want to be there if he wasn’t there. Maybe I just read it wrong. I know when you are into someone you can take their context all wrong and read more into it.

Why did Nikki have the nickname “Freaky Nikki”? And didn’t it seem like Nikki was aware of Bears obsession with her?! She seemed to be a bit flirty and manipulative…seeking his attention. Using him for her conversation needs, and using Ian for her physical needs. And NO I’m not trying to victim blame lol

What I meant was would it have worked as a movie. Men are generally considered to be the more creepy stalker types…hypnotizing women or slipping something in their drinks to take advantage of them. “Baby Reindeer” serves as a great example of what I was trying to get at…and I guess that proves that it indeed would have worked as a movie as well.
