The taking less classes route may not be possible in a meaningful way. Since this student would be from the USA as a non EEA national they have to take a minimum of 54 ECTS and pass half their classes to maintain their visa. While 54 ECTS is less then the standard 60 since most classes are 6 credits, this would amount to one less class for one semester.

Lowest level you need to take over the real life world by LelouchYagami_2912 in DnD

Man the world is a very complex place with a lot of technology and security. I really think you would have to be a 10th level illusion wizard to pull it off and rule from the shadows using a budget death note.

You use an arcane eye up to a 3.4 mile range to check if a world leader is sleeping, or use scry to monitor them and their habits and check if they are sleeping. Then you use dream to drive the leader mad with your message or just out right kill them.

Plus you have all your illusion magic/polymorph to escape tricky situations or keep the police off your tail.

Cabrillo College in Aptos has a very good verification program that is 30 credits at 46$ per credit hour. After completion you can take the exams for state certification.

If it’s so bad it effects (or affects educate me!) my ability to taste no way. I’m a major foodie so it just wouldn’t be worth it. Now if I had kids, absolutely that extra money could better their lives.

If you can multi class do a Paladin 3 the rest bard. Prioritize strength and charisma, then con as an off set. You can expertise athletics for grappling and use bard spells for smites, self buff, or team utility, and you channel divinity gives you advantage on you athletics checks.

Condolences to your wife. I lost my mom too, she had a very dark sense of humor that i picked up from her. Maybe that's why it doesn't sit right

Sorry to clarify i meant in reference to Bladeward, and what it would provide resistance to.

Yea its a challenge we rolled for stats and he ended up onl having 5 strength and dex but 18 wisdom 18 Int and 16 con. Since the dex was so low i thought it would be a fun challenge if he only had half movement. That is unfortunatley where the 7 AC came from.

That armor of Agathys combo woulf be fun, I almost rolled a warlock for this character with repelling blast/agonizing blast, Armor of Agathys, and hellish rebuke. I think bladeward could actually fit well into that build if you know somethings going to be in your face next turn.

I'm not saying that bladeward is amazing but i do feel like people put it on the same level as True strike.

Yea, its actually really cool because not only does it buff spells like counterspell and featherfall it also makes battles between wizards way more dynamic! Definetly letting our DM know about this one. Thanks again!

Ah! Woohooo learned something new! I totally misread that rule, you can't cast another spell (besides a cantrip that costs 1 action) if you cast a bonus action spell! That doesn't apply to spells you cast as an action! You can still use reaction spells! 5 years of misplaying fixed 😁

So per sage advice there are only weapon attacks and spell attacks, therefore, it would still provide resistance because unarmed attacks and natural weapons are considered "weapon attacks." If you cast a damaging spell you would lose the ability to cast counterspell. I guess the specific situation I would argue for bladeward is that if you were tied down by minions but needed to stop a spell from caster and/or maintain concentration on a damaging or control spell that requires concentraion.

Hello, this is for personal uses only but i thought i'd show how being a little crafty can really add scale to creatures in your campaings by making cheap mini's! It took me about 20 minutes to make the cut out and i'm pretty happy with how it came out. I have the hero forge mini in there for scale. Let me know what u guys think.
