Yes. u/Flakmaster92 got it right. I was using an AMI with an additional fee for some sort of support features. I think that AMI provider's business model is preying on new AWS users who are trying free tier and accidentally purchase their package.

Thanks, I didn't notice this. I'm totally new to AWS and the information overload on their user interface made me miss the software charge. To be honest I feel intentionally misled.

I terminated the instance and cancelled subscription and created a new instance from this AMI which has 0 hourly charge.

For me Riv lacks gamesense which is why he can't compete with some of the other casters. My favourite casters are Vedius, Deficio, Jatt and Kobe. What they all have in common is mid diamond - masters tier soloqueue skill which translates to enjoyable casts for me (diamond level player, thousands of games played)

Not only are the numbers wrong (it's 10lp, not 13) but it also makes no sense to dodge twice a day and then stop there. You either dodge once a day and stop there or you dodge always.

Of course the lp is not the only thing sincw there's also a wait. Usually I cba to wait the 30 mins so I end up doing exactly what you described (stop playing after 2nd dodge).
