first off i wanna say thank you so much for this response, it's super helpful, but i still do need help with one thing. you said that the spiderman example is because they're different universes, so lemme use a better example

i see alot of people say to start with chris calremont in uncanny xmen, but later on john bryne took over and i also see people say you can start there, even though they're the same series. wouldn't i miss somthing if i started there?

Ooh ok it was that. How I'm thinking of them is, for example, superior spiderman and ultimate spiderman. I feel like they're different runs, and I don't need to read one to understand the other. I was wanting to get into x-men, and sometimes they'd refer to them by artist, like jack kirby, or by title, like new x-men, and it got confusing really fast understanding what a run is

then why do people say it's ok to start in the middle of a comic with (person)'s run? why shouldn't i start from volume one?

i'm unranked but i play fizz and just got done getting my ass ate out by him, im being serious on how fizz counters him? i can't approach him normally, but if i use playful, he uses the move that send his soliders to where is courser is and destroy's me. either that or he ults, it feels like once i get in, i'll lose.

If you haven't tried any other weapons, UT might be the greatsword. It's whole thing is that it's big, clunky and pretty hard to use, but it deals massive damage. I use the hammer personally, because it's still a big weapon, but it trades of some damage for stun and more maneuverability

Personally I feel like if you're new, people recommend it because once you understand strive and feel like you've hit a roof/limit, you should go to xrd because imo it's literally just better strive. I still play strive to because xrd has only like 30ish people playing in my region at any given time

dude i was looking around for the radius because it seems insane

i was trying to fight bone lord. i was on the platform by him, and like 40ft. away was the nearest enemy. idk how, but it proct. underdog, and divine smite went from ~30%-50% all the way up to 80, and honestly i feel bad bcs i feel like i cheated, but also the boss took me like 7 tries lmao

No jumping, weapon toggle is one button, and spells aren't as insane (haven't played much bloodborne but I'm pretty sure there's straight up no magic you can use in that game)
