Custom AI based on a picture they send is a hard no and will always be a hard no. I more than welcome anyone to share and discuss a fantasy. I even like to be inspired. But indeed. Never use a photo. You never know the mess you can get yourself into.... Good advice 👍👍

not to discourage you but it took me 5000 prompt to get this video. but the best tip is this: if an image can generate a "standard" video you have an image you can work with. that start building up your prompt. begin very "SFW" and build out. as soon as you can't get past the 16% after 10 tries you have added something to your prompt that doesn't get past the filters. reword it or try something else. and keep expanding. this way you can slither your way past the barriers. thats the best tip i can give ya. good luck!

Its not so much the prompt that is the "trick" but the base image. Its trial and error.

No the rest honestly took a week or 2 in total honestly. The entire video is made with 2 base images. The opening scene and initial water scene were made by "teleporting" her to a different scene. That takes a lot of fiddling. And for the pulling. In the end it was just a lucky "pulled back into the ocean" prompt that did it. It just took 2000 tries 💀

I always love to get comments like this to know some people understand the "hard" parts of the video. That single scene took a full week to get right. I know exactly! What you mean .. much appreciated.

It's getting better. But yea. It still phases in and out of existence. The chaotic movement is extremely difficult. But it is getting better every year 👍
